Event details: Help Paint a Brighter Picture for Alzheimer's Patients
Description
Come by U Can Too Arts Studio to learn about how art can help people with Alzheimer's. Meet Ketty Frederiksen, a 79 year old woman who just discovered she has a talent for painting. You can help raise funding for the Orange County Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association by purchasing prints, cards, calendars and mugs with artwork created by Ketty and other Alzheimer's patients. Proceeds go to the OC Alzheimer's Association and their "Memories in the Making" art program. Sponsored by Beech Sandal Company and U Can Too Arts Studio. For more information, call (562) 592 4400.
