Our NEW 12-week course will be starting after the holidays - so get your NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS ready!! As always, I will be taking RSVPs on Meetup.com but will not add anyone to the official class roster list until they have paid. Classes fill up quickly (to a max of 25 people) and I am also getting offline members every day so be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. Normally, we will take about 30 minutes for weigh-ins every week and 30 minutes for class, but the first night can take a little longer as we get to know each other, fill out our paperwork, get everyone's starting weight and measurements (there's also a prize for most inch loss!), and taking our "Before" photographs! Looking forward to seeing "less" of you all in 2010!! :-)
