Taco Milagro: Cafe Annie and Cafe Express owner Robert Del Grande wanted to create a Mexican restaurant that went far beyond Tex-Mex, utilizing earthy flavors from ingredients like mole, vibrant tomatilla, smoky chipotle and guajillo chili. For lunch, try Mexican hamburgers, stuffed with Poblano chiles and onions or spicy chorizo and cheese. Food is sometimes an afterthought to the masses who come for the top-shelf tequila bar and the promise of bright young things milling about after work.
