Description
The Studio City Residents Association (SCRA) presents the 2009 “Studio City Holiday Parade. This locally-produced community event typically attracts more than 2,500 people who enjoy floats, bands, musical performances and more, with participants from the community, including schools, areas businesses, non-profit groups and more. This year's parade features a special visit by a very contemporary Santa and his elves in a modern sleigh -- a group of Vespa scooters! The parade theme this year, “Stars Shine Bright,” honors both the Studio City's hertiage in the film industry as well as all of the people who make Studio City a great place to live, work and shop. Actor Ed Begley, Jr., wil serve as the parade's Grand Marshal.
