      Join us to learn more about our mind & meditation and explore some simple yet powerful ways to manage them. Like rhythms in nature, there are rhythms in our body. As we grow, we fall out of these rhythms due to stress, and as a result, move away from being our natural selves. Also, know more about breathing based meditation- Sudarshan Kriya Yoga, a technique taught in Happiness Program, that help restore our natural rhythms, de-stress as well as energize our body. This one hour session, we will learn: - simple yet powerful breathing techniques - Experience a guided meditation - Learn about different sources of energy and tendencies of our mind - all of which will dissolve out stress, leave us with a smile and deepen our meditation experience!  This session is an introduction to Happiness Retreat.  Suggested Donation $5
