Description
Classes will be offered to volunteers interested in learning to create Tactile Graphics for use in braille materials for the visually impaired. Classes will start Dec 2 and continue each Wednesday until Feb. 24, 2010. Tactile Graphics are pictures created in a variety of methods that can be touched by visually impaired people to help understand concepts and ideas more fuuly than mere braille words can. The classes are FREE, however a $10. membership fee and a $10.00 materials fee are asked.
