Event details: Old-Fashioned 4th of July Celebration
Description
40th Anniversary of old-fashioned 4th of July celebration. Includes 8 K run and 5 K walk event, 90-unit parade on Washington Ave., food (vendors and St. Peter's famous barbecued chicken), music, art fair, children's games/activities in Minnesota Square Park, and fireworks at Nicollet Co. Fairgrounds 10 p.m. Washington Ave. is 4 blocks west of Highway 169 (Minnesota Avenue) Great relaxing and fun day for the whole family!
Directions to Event Park is on west side of Highway 169 just south of St. Peter's central business district.

Run/walk events at 7 a.m., parade begins 10:30 a.m., activities in park 12 noon - 4 p.m., fireworks 10 p.m.
