The Grand Avenue Business Association and Saint Paul City Ballet’s The Enchanted Toy Shop – A New Holiday Ballet present Grand Meander on Saturday, December 5. This annual Grand Avenue event transports shoppers to an old-world, holiday shopping experience. Children enjoy hot cocoa, meet reindeer, sit on Santa’s lap and even see a penguin.
