Body of Knowledge: Meditation and Movement Class January Meetup

Wednesday nights 7 PM to 8:30 PM Class Fee: $10 per person Discover the truth of "You" that your body already knows. Experience a deep level of body awareness through meditation, journaling, and gentle movement exercises. Have you ever had a "gut" feeling about something? Your body often knows the truth of something before you do. There are other body sensations that can help you to get in touch with your intuition. Learn how to recognize and interpret subtle physical cues. This class will draw on the writings and practices of Eckhart Tolle, Carolyn Myss, Eugene Gendlin, and more.
