Enjoy complementary wine & appetizers, while you visit the museum's galleries, listen to music and speakers, participate in hands-on demonstrations and more! Refreshments and activities are included with the cost of admission - $7.00 Exhibits At The Bakken Museum you can explore dozens of exhibits and learn how electricity and magnetism have influenced history and benefit how we live today. Here are just a few of them: Earl Bakken - Learn about Earl Bakken, inventor of the first battery-powered transistorized cardiac pacemaker, cofounder of Medtronic and founder of The Bakken Museum. Body Electric - Learn about the natural electricity in the human body and electrical innovations that help diagnose and treat disease, train the brain, regulate the heart and calm the mind. Challenge friends and family to a battle of relaxation at the Mindball exhibit. The Mystery of Magnetism - Experiment with magnets and discover the relationship between electricity and magnetism. Frankenstein´s Laboratory - Enjoy a 12-minute multi-media show that brings Frankenstein´s creature to life. If you can't get there by 5pm - don't worry ... the event goes until 8pm....
