Come and meet other low-carbers who are changing their way of eating in order to live a healthier life. We choose low-carb diets for a variety of reasons: weight control, diabetes control, or control of "the metabolic syndrome." Let's get together and share support and tips for success. I'll bring the articles to hand out and also references, books, cookbooks to share.
