Monthly Business Meeting - December 2009

A monthly slot for the conference room at the St Augustine Record has (finally) become available and that day is the 4th Monday of each month. The exception will be this month (December 2009) and February 2010 when the conference room will only be available on the 4th Tuesday of the month. Thus, the December business meeting will be on Tuesday..12/29/09, our January meeting will be on Monday..1/25/10, our February meeting will be on Tuesday..2/23/10 and every meeting thereafter will be on the 4th Monday of the month, i.e. Monday 3/22/10, Monday 4/26/10, Monday 5/24/10, etc. All meetings convene at 7:00 pm and adjourn about 8pm. When you attend a meeting, please park on the west side of the St Augustine Record building. (If you're facing the front of the building, the west side is to the right) There are 2 doors on the west side of the building. You'll enter at the southern-most door. (If you're facing that west side of the building, you'll enter the door on the right.) Once you enter the building, the conference room is the first room on the left side of the hallway. Before you attend the meeting, please review the Agenda - which will be posted in the FILES section a few days or more in advance of the respective meeting date.
