Achiever's Team - Beachbody Club - Fitness & Nutrition Meetup

This event is for all current members of the Achiever's Team and our coaches, as well as any visitors! For: Anyone who is looking to lose weight, get in shape or help others do the same is welcome to come to our weekly Team Beachbody Briefings! These are our weekly update, accountability, and motivation meetings where everyone can be comfy and pepped up for their workouts! Fitness: We will go over our workouts for the week and support one another's goals. We'll explain the various workout systems available to use at home, such as P90X, Turbo-Jam, Slim-N-6, Yoga-Booty-Ballet, to name a few. We'll also go over the nutrition plans and assist with any questions or substitutions :) Location: The posh Hampton Inn on Vilano Beach, formerly the Casa Del Mar, is a lovely hotel right on the waterfront. With a spacious meeting room and a lovely view, we are excited to be hosting our meetings here. Opportunity: All Team Beachbody coaches are welcome to come, as well as anyone looking to be a coach. Coaches are people who step up in leadership to inspire, motivate, and encourage others while reaching their own goals at the same time, this is a paid leadership position. The only prerequisits is that a coach has a definitive goal and workout plan, as well as a caring spirit and willingness to help others succeed. We will briefly overview the coaching opportuniy at each meeting, with the ability to go into more depth after the team meeting. Fun: As a group of over 90 members, we are a fun bunch of people from all walks of life and various goals. Our wish is to give each other motivation and encouragment, and become great friends along the way. We will be participating, creating, and donating to various non-profits on the local and national level. We welcome people to bring their ambitions, thoughts, ideas and creativity to our community group, in order to do good in our community.
