Friends 4 Health Meetup

Join us at 7 p.m. at Regester Chapel United Methodist Church's Worship Center in Rm. 7-8. I'll be waiting with funny stories, new laughter techniques, and coping skills designed to help you make it through life's stresses. We begin by signing a covenant agreeing to confidentiality then invite people to join in introductions. You are invited to participate in as much of the meeting as you feel comfortable with - you can choose to sit out any portion. At Friends4Health, we work hard: to NOT give unsolicited advice, to honor our feelings, to share our triumphs and struggles, and to allow people to gather to be. I hope to see you there so you can take advantage of the peace that the guided meditation can offer. I look forward to (as hokey as it sounds) being your friend. Teresa
