Start Point Address / Driving Directions:
2801 Chatham Rd. Take the Rt 4 exit off I-72 and proceed north on Rt 4 approx 1.3 miles to Wabash Ave (stoplight). Turn right (east) on Wabash Ave and proceed approx one mile to Chatham Rd. Turn left (north) on Chatham and proceed approx 0.4 miles to Iles Ave (stoplight). Turn left on Iles. Schnucks Grocery is on the SW corner of Iles and Chatham Rd. Ask the attendant at the desk for the Volksmarch Box. After registering here, you will drive approx 1.5 miles to the start of the walk. Event Description: Daily, dawn to dusk. Closed Christmas. This is a scenic walk through Washington Park and Leland Grove residential area.
