Low Carb Pot Luck Dinner Games and BYOB!

Gary has lost 58 lbs eating Low Carb meals over the past 12 weeks (eating at buffets 2 Times a week, no exercise, his book will be hitting shelves soon I bet!) We will be hosting our first Low Carb Pot Luck Dinner!! Here are the low carb general guidelines: 1) You may not prepare your dish using flour, sugar, fruit, high-fructose corn syrup, modified food starch's. 2) You can use any low carb meats, seafoods, vegetables, oils, heavy cream, herbs, spices, sugar free products, and sugar substitutes.
