Description
You have worked hard to make your business successful. The more successful you became, the more employees you had to hire. Most of the time the employees are wonderful. Then one day you find yourself facing an employment conundrum, "I have an employee who is noncompliant, is unable to learn the job and probably needs to be fired. I don't want to get sued after the termination. Exactly where do I go from here?" Maybe you were one of those model employers that made a diligent effort to thoroughly address such situations in your employment process and have kept up with all the accumulated changes in the law and administrative regulations. On the other hand, maybe you have not. What new employment legislation will impact your business this year? What are the red flags of employment law that lead to litigation that you need to be aware of?
