A great night for all who love Gospel Bluegrass and bluegrass to dance to! Spencer-Penn Centre is thrilled to have HERBERT,TINA and CATHRIN ; ZEPHYR LIGHTNING BOLTS; and FRINGE. The Lightning Bolts is an old time band from Wilkes County, NC who plays great songs to dance to. You will not want to sit down.
Doors open at 5:00 for lip-smacking concessions, so come hungry. 5:30, talent of all degrees take the stage for open mic with scheduled bands beginning at 6:30.
$3 minimum donation appreciated for the nightly expenses and for the renovation of the historic building.
The former school has spaces available for rent for all kinds of events: family, club, business.
