Bluegrass Music lovers will love this night at the Spencer-Penn Centre.
DRIVING FIVE, the FRINGE, and MARK TEMPLETON and POCKET CHANGE will be performing. Mark Templeton and Pocket Change will sing from their recently released CD. This is their sixth appearance at the Centre and the crowd loves them.
Concessions open at 5:00, open jam session begins at 5:30 and scheduled bands begin at 6:30. Come hungry because the Centre is getting a reputation for its homemade desserts and chicken salad, barbeque, and lip-smacking hotdogs.
Free admission but donations accepted for the renovation of the historic building.
Spencer-Penn is listed on the National Register and is owned by the community after it closed as a school for 77 years. It now serves as an educational and special events center. Spaces are available for rent.
