Capturing Light and Color in Plein Air
August 23-27, 2010 (9-4) Â- Capturing the beauty of a landscape lies primarily in the ability to portray the light relationships one sees. This course will cover the basic principles of light, how to determine the color of light, and how to create the movement of light on the canvas using analogous and split complement colors to illustrate color, value and light relationships.
