Guest judge, Sue Camopy of Julienne Restaurant will give various awards in the following categories:
Category 1: Kit & Kaboodle! Gingerbread Houses created using a store-bought kit. The addition of edible and non-edible items is allowed as long as the gingerbread walls are made of gingerbread.
Category 2: Kit & Edibles! All Gingerbread Houses created using a store-bought kit and edible items only will be judged in this category. Every item on the gingerbread house and property must be edible except the base in which it is transported.
Category 3: Handmade & Edibles! All Gingerbread Houses created without the use of store-bought kits and the addition of edible items only will be judged in this category. Every item on the gingerbread house and property must be edible except the base on which it is transported.
Category 4: Handmade.. & Kaboodle! Gingerbread homes made of handmade gingerbread (no store-bought kits) with the addition of edible and non-edible items.
Admission: $5.00- Adults, $3.00- Children
ALL PROCEEDS GO TO PROJECT ANGEL FOOD.
Project Angel Food's mission is to nourish the body and spirit of men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
