Groom & Kennel Expo has been held annually during the month of February for the last 16 years in Southern California. In 2009, the venue changed from Burbank to the Pasadena Conference Center.

This show draws over 2,500 pet professionals, offers 100 exhibitor booths and utilizes 300 booth personnel. In addition to the trade show, Groom & Kennel Expo offers IJA grooming competitions such as Super Model Dog, Creative Styling and various World Cup Grooming Games. Seminars and classes are available, focusing on various topics such as; Grooming, Training, Boarding, Pet Day Care, Retailing, Marketing and Business Strategies. The event also hosts the Mobile Round-up (mobile grooming vans) and a huge silent auction. Groom & Kennel Expo also features an Animal Behavior Conference, which offers lectures by leading pet training experts. Packages are available!
