Last year was our first Whi-ski Trip. This year it's the Rock-n-Ski Trip featuring Jackson Rider. It's a Ski/snowboard trip to Stratton Mountain Vermont. The event kicks off Thursday Jan 7th with a pre-trip party at Rack's Bar and Grille ( rt 30 in Atco) featuring Jackson Rider performing live from 9pm - 1am. The next day, Friday Jan 8th, we load a charter bus at D&Q on rt 70 and hit the road for Vermont around 1 pm. Along the way we'll be watching movies, listening to music and playing games for the seven hour drive, stopping on the way for dinner. Once we get to Vermont we will check in the Stratton Mountain Inn. The hotel is located on the mountain, has hot tubs and is walking distance from several bars. With this in mind I'm sure everyone can figure out something to do with their free time at night. We will hand out lift passes friday night so whenever you wake up Saturday you can hit the slopes. Breakfast will be provided on both Saturday and Sunday. After a day on the slopes you can do what every you want Saturday night (maybe more of what you did Friday if you didn't get in trouble for it). Sunday is another day on the slopes but at some point you'll have to check out since when the mountain closes (5pm), we load up the bus and head back to SJ. We'll stop for dinner on the road home. Cost is $320 a person. Jackson Rider -a great weekend with some surprises that you'll never forget R.S.V.P. as soon as possible since space is limited. If you don't ski, there's a spa or giftcard package available in lieu of a lift pass. There is also tubing available for $15 an hour or $22 for 2 hours.
