This group is ongoing and monthly, facilitated by Audrey Bennett LCSW, LADC. It is for anyone who is affected by the behavioral dysfunction of other people and has difficulty detaching from their behavior. The last 1/2 hour includes self pampering exercises such as meditation, acupressure, and other stress reducing activities.
