Hailing from the town of Burlington, Vermont, Michetti is a high energy instrumental rock trio that plays mind melting shows with it's own brand of, "Heady Metal." Led by Raq guitarist Chris Michetti and featuring Greg Stukey, also from Raq, on drums, as well as Rob O'Dea (Page McConell, Deep Soda) on bass, the band continues the Raq tradition of high performance rock and roll, while allowing Michetti's brilliant guitar compositions, and absolute shredding onslaught to reach new levels of ingenuity and improvisational wonder. These super tight songs, veteran performances, and amazing technical prowess have earned Michetti a reputation for simply blowing people away, from the novice show goer to the experienced aficionado. Most recently, Michetti was awarded "Best unsigned band" by Vermont's own Seven Days newspaper. Don't miss your chance to see these real life guitar heroes when they come to plunder your town!
