About the Presenter

David J. Kovacovich, Total Recognition Strategist, Michael C. Fina, works as a program manager with Fortune 500 and newborn companies. The key is understanding that every company is different. The importance is keeping the pillars of employee engagement best practices in place while defining program initiatives more specific to each company culture. As a certified coach from the Dale Carnegie Training Institute, David employs a process for engaging audience participation while generating significant takeaway best practices.
