Where: Ceviche Restaurant, Downtown Silver Spring, 921-J Ellsworth Drive, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
Special Lunch Menu: Ceviche Restaurant has prepared a special menu for us.
Appetizer Sopa de lentejas - Yellow lentil soup with a hint of toasted cumin; or Ensalada Caesar - Romaine lettuce with yucca croutons tossed in Caesar dressing and parmesan cheese; or Ensalada Caribeña - Mixed greens, plantains, red onions, scallions and a passion fruit-shallot vinaigrette.Entrée Salmón a la Parilla - Grilled Salmon with salsa crilolla and quinoa salad; or
Ají de Gallina - Pulled chicken in Aji Amarillo cream with potatoes and
topped with roasted pecans, parmesan cheese and cilantro. Served with
rice; or Lomo Saltado - Tender beef medallions, onions, tomatoes,
and french fries sautéed in soy sauce and wine reduction. Served over
rice.
Dessert
Helados Tropicales: An assortment of tropical fruit ice cream.
Beverages
Tea, assortment of sodas, and coffee (other alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks are to be paid separately by guests).

Admission: $20 for Members and $25 for non-members.
