Please join Mary Bajza, a Sedona Method Coach in training, who will guide you through a short inquiry that will open your heart. With an open heart you can see and celebrate the oneness in each other. This simple yet powerful technique will bring balance and well being to the body, mind, and spirit. Partnership exercises and reporting gains (any benefit resulting from releasing) will promote a dynamic environment. I have been integrating The Sedona Method into my life since April 2005. Over the past four years I have been able to cultivate peace and harmony in my life. Amidst a world undergoing radical challenges, The Sedona Method has proven to be a very effective tool in my life. Utilizing The Sedona Method, I have had a direct experience of awareness and been able to manifest greater ease and effectiveness in daily living activities.
