Quantum Light Breath Meditation and Equinox Celebration

Meditation 7-8:30 pm Potluck to follow. $10 donation appreciated. Wear layers of loose comfortable clothes. Bring a water bottle and a bandana or eye cover. Also bring a blanket or large towel to sit on. If you get cold easily bring something to cover up with. Bring a dish to share for the Pot Luck after the meditation.
