Dating back to 1901, the Missouri State Fair is one of the states oldest and most tradition-rich events for summer family fun. 2010 marks the 108th Missouri State Fair, and we encourage all Missouri families to Go 4 It and enjoy a trip to their State Fair. Livestock, fine art, flowers, home-preserved fruits and vegetables, quilts, wedding gowns and cakes, farm equipment, stock trailers, watermelons, pumpkins, home-cured hams and bacons, Missouri wines, the latest kitchen gadgetry, massaging chairs, catfish as big as five-year-old children, and chainsaw sculptors. Were about tempted to say that if you cant find it at the Missouri State Fair, it probably doesnt exist. Thats how extensive our exhibits are. And, you wont want to miss any of them, especially since many exhibits are conveniently housed in air-conditioned buildings.
