Kettlebell Class with Kristine (Kettlebell Class with Kristine)

Kettlebells are at the cutting edge of functional movement exercise systems - they epitomize full body movements through coordinated physical effort, mental concentration and dynamic intensity. Kettlebells are ideal because they blend strength, power, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, flexibility, and balance into a kind of 'condensed' training that translates into everyday life, your sport of choice, or a demanding job. Wednesdays at 6:30pm pm beginning January 6th. 6-week series $120.00. Prior to beginning the 6-week class a one-on-one session to learn the main exercise the "swing" is required $30. If you already have some KB experience this is not required. Call for more info.
