Basic Modern Class at eXit SPACE (Basic Modern with Jill Leversee)

If you have ever been curious about dance, interested in moving your body in a different way, exploring a new form of self-expression or finding a fun new way to get some exercise, this is a great series for you. Over an 8 week period, we cover the basics of modern dance, focusing on form, alignment, dynamics, strength and flexibility, with the most important factor of reveling in moving our bodies and having a great deal of fun. Jill provides a very supportive, light-hearted environment to enable you step out of your comfort zone and try something new.
