"Yoga for Real People" Immersions These special 4-week series will help you quickly master yoga postures and deepen your practice both physically and mentally. Our " Yoga for Real People" Beginners Immersion meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and is designed for beginners and students with injuries who would like a gentler morning practice. 7 - 8 classes total.
