A single hour of Yoga Nidra, or conscious sleep, is equivalent to 4 hours of conventional, unconscious sleep. Despite the strength of our commitment, we are often unable to follow through with resolutions. Through this practice the mind becomes fertile ground for the seed of intention to take root and blossom in life.
