This class is for girls between 12 and 16 years old who have little or no experience with yoga. The class will teach both asana (yoga poses) and meditation, and will create flexibility, strength, restfulness, and energy. The focus will be on personal growth...learning to hear and share her innate wisdom. This is a safe, nurturing and fun space that cultivates inner beauty.
