Description
A creative "circle" vinyasa spin on traditional flow sequencing with an emphasis on arm balances, inversions, pranayama and meditation. Challenging you to stay present, the Universal style of yoga is practiced on two mats forming a "cross" and takes you 360 degrees around the room. At least one year of consistent yoga practice required or by teacher permission. Universal Flow Classes are not suitable for beginners. A fundamental understanding of the sun salutation, alignment and breath technique required for Intermediate classes.
