Mediation begins at 8:15am with 108 bows. You may enter any time before 9:00am. If you arrive after bowing or chanting have started, just join whatever is in progress. The full schedule is as follows: 8:00am - Setup 8:15am - 108 Bows 8:40am - Morning Bell Chant 9:00am - Regular Chanting 9:25am - First Sitting 9:40am - Walking 9:50am - Second Sitting 10:20am - Walking 10:30am - Third Sitting 10:45am - Kong-An Reading 11:00am - Tea & Talking 11:15am - Clean up & go home Walk-ins and beginners are always welcome. If you would like some instruction on Zen meditation or have some questions about our practice, please RSVP. We will be happy to show you our elegant style of Zen and answer any questions you might have. We hope to see you there on Sunday!
