This is a friendly practice and game, where we'll focus on putting our skills to use in a game. Generally we will: * Have a warm-up and stretching to avoid injury * Do some light practice of passing, juggling, shooting, and other skills * Have a few 20 minute games in either quarter-, half-, or even full-pitch if necessary. You will want to bring: * Turf shoes are recommended over cleats, we'll be playing either on dirt or turf. * Soccer ball * Water
