There is restorative yoga class that is a wonderful thing to do before a meditation class. Each is an hour long with inspiring guided imagery and gentle, relaxing movements. These two classes are fine for nearly everyone over the age of 15 and under 90. When the seated meditation begins right after the restorative class is over, you're already very inward and ready to go deeper into the heart center. Purna Yoga Meditation has techniques that help to bring the mind into the heart center. The gifts of this type of meditation take you beyond a quiet mind and are life changing. These two classes are offered monthly.
