Description
Whether you are getting paid or just having fun, if you are a dancer this is the class for you! In addition to strengthening and mobilizing the torso, this class will use Pilates equipment and small props to strengthen the hips, knees and ankles while encouraging proper alignment of the body. We will also work to gain flexibility while maintaining muscular support and overall balance, all of which may help you stay injury-free. *Students who can provide proof of participation in a recent dance performance (within the past 12 months) are eligible for a discounted rate.
