Diving is fun. It's great exercise and can also be deeply relaxing. When you leave gravity and enter the marine world, there's a rush of adrenaline but also, a feeling of inner strength when everything is in balance. You'll be amazed how diving can unlock a new and revitalized energy and confidence. You'll never look at life quite the same way again. That's the "Zen" side of diving... And then there's the "WOW" side of diving... You'll laugh. You'll cheer for yourself and others. Your heart will pound and you'll feel more alive than you have in a long time. Our GirlDiver instructors will be with you every step of the way to make sure you have the greatest experience possible. Safety is our number one priority. You can be confident knowing that all of our GirlDiver instructors meet the requirements for safety and training as determined by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) and hold certificates for Standard First Aid, CPR, and Lifesaving. No diving experience is required, but all students should be able to swim and feel comfortable in the water. Choose from private or small group lessons, specialty clinics for all ages (well...over 10 yrs old) and skill levels! We teach from Open Water through Divemaster in our fun and challenging program.
