This is a private event supported through the City of Seattle's Lifelong Recreation and Specialized Programs Department. The zoo is open regular hours for normal visitation.
Take a walk on the wild side at the 36th Annual Old Timers' Picnic brought to you through the City of Seattle especially for local senior citizens. This special day will take place on the zoo's spacious North Meadow. Come out and enjoy lunch and entertainment, and walk through our world-class zoo! The zoo is conveniently located on the #5 Metro bus route (get off at N. 59th St. and go one block east to the zoo's North Entrance). Tickets go fast and registration is required.
