Moving gently from the floor to standing, each exercise stresses the importance of strengthening the core in order to enhance integrated mobility throughout the entire body. Intermediate Level at eXit SPACE: For students with an understanding of movement and alignment principles. Students will focus on musicality, dynamic changes and spatial awareness.
