Description
Don't let inflexibility ruin your health, zap your energy or put limits on your freedom of movement. This class is accessible to everyone but still deep in its impact. It is a yoga practice that structures releasing long held tension, both physically and emotionally. Through yogic breathing and postures you'll be brought into balance and harmony.
