These are two very cool meet-ups/workshops which you can do individually or back-to-back (personally, I recomend back-to-back). Makes for a very relaxing and refreshing end to the weekend, not to mention a great way to start off the coming week. And they're free! 1. Sunday Morning Yoga with Joe Graham : Join Joe for a special yoga session emphasizing full body stretching, breathing, relaxation techniques, and developing mind-body awareness. Special "Sound Meditation and Mantras" session with Melissa Rosenberger : Sound has been used for centuries to create altered states of consciousness and promote states of well-being and balance. Sound has profound and measurable effects on the brainwave state and physiological functions of the body. In these sessions Melissa will help you explore the use of sound as a tool for meditation and transformation. Sound is a tool we all have access to, and is a great way of meditating especially for those who have not tried meditation before or who want to incorporate sound into their meditation routine.
