All of our classes are designed for all levels of fitness. All of our classes are unique. You may recognize an exercise but very rarely will you ever repeat the same workout. All of our classes will focus on mechanics (form), consistency (good form repeated) and high intensity (only when step 1 and 2 are efficient). The way we measure is by using the CLOCK. All workouts are FOR TIME
