Description
Hi Everyone, Thanks for joining our meetup! We thought we would start with something easy and laid-back at the biggest park in the city. If you haven't been to Discovery Park, it is a beautiful in-city park for hiking, walking, running and biking. The park has lots of trails in the forest, as well as ones, that go down to the beach. We will plan to do the 2.8 mile loop trail and if the group feels more adventurous we can go down to the beach. Here is the link to the trail map at Discovery Park: http://www.seattle.gov/parks/trails_detail.asp?id=310 Please note that we are meeting at the SOUTH parking lot at 4250 West Emerson St. This is not the main parking area. We will meet at 10am and head out for the hike at 10:15am. This outing is open to all couples and their families. Hope to see you there! Rich and Brenda
