Drive A isn’t just entering the rock scene, they’re kickin’ in the door. The 4 musicians from Los Angeles have an irresistible modern edge with a classic rock vibe. Drive A write their own music and can play the shit out of there instrument. They just completed their first full length record with producer Julian Raymond. This fall Drive A is opening for Avenged Sevenfold, Atreyu, The Donnas, Fly Leaf, The Toadies and rock legends Cheap Trick. Motley Crue's drummer Tommy Lee said, “These boys are SERIOUS!! Drive A
Drive A got its start when Bruno met up with rhythm guitarist Jason Nott and the two began developing their own style and a bond was formed. Once they honed their approach, the two hooked up with Ashton Moio on bass and Terry Stirling on drums. With all the pieces in place, the four began writing songs that had a remarkably developed blend of killer riffs, punk rock hooks, and a raw, Rock ‘N’ Roll gutter-snarl. Founded in 1939, Seattle's Showbox Theater is one of the towns very few extant entertainment venues that can lay claim to having provided local music fans such an astonishing breadth of music over the decades. From the Jazz Age to the Grunge Era, the storied ballroom has featured shows by touring icons like Duke Ellington, Muddy Waters, and the Ramones - as well as those by homegrown talents ranging from burlesque queen, Gypsy Rose Lee, to Pearl Jam.
