This is a low-level ballet class that includes warm-up exercises on mats, a strengthening barre with lots of stretching, lyrical center-floor combinations, and more long stretching on mats. This is a great class for beginners and a wonderful relaxing work-out for any level. For students with little to no training. Each basic class will introduce and explore the fundamental principles and concepts. Beginning/ Intermediate For students with prior basic movement and alignment concepts. This level continues to place emphasis on fundamental principles and concepts, developing and fine tuning the basics.
