With his recent book A New Earth, spirituality author Eckhart Tolle is teaching the world that a shift from unhappiness and dissatisfaction to joy and fulfillment could be a lot closer than we think: by entering “the Now,†that state of deep inner presence, we can raise awareness of our limiting thoughts and emotions and move beyond them. From that state we can also align with our inner purpose so as to more effortlessly realize our outer purpose.
